Customer Success Onboarding Specialist

At Grouptrail, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for maintaining a best-in-class customer success process for onboarding new education and nonprofit customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key customer groups to onboard them on the Grouptrail platform, ensuring a successful onboarding experience.
  • Set up new Grouptrail sites, including database of goal checklists and forms, reviewing/updating/mapping/importing existing data, creating custom report templates, and setting up integrations, while maintaining confidentiality and complying with data integrity and security policies.
  • Assist the Grouptrail Customer Success team with answering customer issues and requests during the onboarding process, understanding Grouptrail's software platform and onboarding process to evolve our strategy for customer success.
  • Improve product adoption, customer retention, and foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base.
  • Provide training materials to help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired onboarding outcomes faster and more efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of work experience in customer success and/or program management support for implementation of technology projects.
  • Experience working specifically in education or the software industry is a plus.
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written communication skills, and a desire to connect and support customers and teammates.
  • Organized and able to prioritize deliverables with attention to detail while being a team player enthusiastic about building community.
