Job Overview
Part-Time Position: 18.75 hours, 9 AM - 5 PM
As an Operational Efficiency Specialist, you will oversee existing operational methodologies and propose enhancements to foster more effective and economically viable processes. Your role will involve strategizing the optimal deployment of personnel, technology, and resources to maximize productivity while adhering to budgetary limits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish performance metrics, develop dashboards, generate reports, and pinpoint improvement opportunities across the organization utilizing diverse analytical methodologies.
  • Assess current process deficiencies through observation, data gathering, analysis, and communication with both management and frontline personnel.
  • Identify challenges, root causes, and improvement strategies, alongside the formulation of implementation and sustainability plans.
  • Assist in project management, including the creation of project timelines and follow-up on action items related to process enhancement initiatives.
  • Compile findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
  • Utilize principles, techniques, and procedures in the design and execution of technological and process solutions (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Contribute to the development of instructional principles and methods for curriculum design, training delivery for individuals and groups, and the assessment of training outcomes.

Work assignments will vary, necessitating interpretation and independent decision-making regarding the course of action. Decisions may be influenced by established precedents, prior experiences, and recognized professional guidelines and compliance standards. You will frequently exercise independent judgment on significant matters within defined procedures to determine suitable actions and approaches.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years of technical experience is required.

*Compensation Information
The salary range for this position is $75,020 - $126,250 per year. This range represents a good faith estimate of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful candidate at the time of this job advertisement and is subject to future modifications. Factors such as location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget, and internal equity may influence the final salary determination.
