Job Summary:

NESCO Inc is seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team in the Temperature Control Systems Department. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling electronic sub-assemblies using hand and electrical tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble fabricated components to make subassemblies or assemblies for electrical or electronic systems.
  • Operate hand and electrical tools to assemble and test subassemblies.
  • Meet quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions.
