Position Overview & Responsibilities:
As a Pediatric Ophthalmologist, you will operate independently while maintaining a strong partnership with a local tertiary care hospital that offers a comprehensive range of ophthalmic services.
Your practice will be supported by a dedicated team of clinical and administrative staff, including advanced practice clinicians and optometrists.
Engage in comprehensive ophthalmology alongside fellowship-trained specialists in various subfields, including cornea, glaucoma, neuro-ophthalmology, and more.
Utilize cutting-edge technology, including Femto-second laser-assisted cataract surgery, and gain access to an off-site laser suite for Lasik procedures.
As a provider in this department, you will have the privilege of working in multiple surgical suites and have privileges at several ambulatory surgical centers and community hospitals.

Required Qualifications:
Unrestricted licensure in New York or in the process of obtaining it.
Board Certification or eligibility in Pediatric Ophthalmology.
