Mercedes Benz Sales Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Development Coordinator to join our team at Lyon-Waugh Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Take phone calls and schedule appointments for Sales, respond to all sales calls/internet inquiries, and compile daily reports.
- Follow-up and Follow-through: Schedule and perform follow-up calls to both clients and the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and other duties as assigned by management.
- Competitive Compensation: Base hourly rate and a generous monthly bonus/commission plan.

- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced environment, goal-oriented, strong ability to multi-task, strong organizational and attention to detail skills, time management skills, dependable, and bilingual is a plus.
