Cold Stone Creamery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our store by leading and developing our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and coach employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Hold team members accountable for their performance and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Ensure that team members are providing fast and friendly service to customers, and that the store is meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Staff and schedule team members to ensure adequate coverage and to control labor costs.
- Ensure that cash handling procedures are followed and that inventory and ordering processes are accurate and efficient.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
