Job Title: Marketing/Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Marketing/Social Media Coordinator is a key member of our team responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to engage with our clients, targets, affiliates, and peers through various social media outlets. This role requires a creative and collaborative individual who can work independently and as part of a team to maintain and build our social media presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media plans and procedures to achieve marketing objectives
  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including content generation and posting
  • Conduct research on market trends and analytics to inform marketing decisions
  • Represent the firm's brand across all platforms and messaging
  • Collaborate with principals and staff to brainstorm campaigns and conceptualize ideas
  • Proactively drive influencer relationships and brand partnerships to create engaging content and opportunities
  • Use data insights to measure the impact and progress of our social media strategy and provide informed suggestions for improvement
  • Develop and maintain social analytics dashboards to evaluate and shape the social media strategy against objectives
  • Drive traffic to our website through effective and engaging use of content
  • Assist with maintaining and updating the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Provide assistance to principals, project managers, senior marketing staff, and human resources in the fulfillment of our marketing and recruitment objectives as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, Journalism, Communication, or related field
  • 1-3 years of related experience, including digital marketing, preferably with familiarity managing multiple social accounts within the A/E/C industry
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant graphic applications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various digital communications and social media software and platforms, including Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools
  • Experience with analytics and driving continuous improvement in this area, as well as knowledge of digital trends and technology
  • Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management software
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience working independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment

Working Conditions:

This role typically works in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office setting. Site visits may occasionally take place in an outdoor environment.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
