Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our national business development and marketing team. This role will focus on preparing proposals, researching business development opportunities, and providing marketing event support for projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and track proposals, statements of qualifications, and marketing collateral from concept to completion.
  • Compose and edit graphic materials, staff resumes, and project experience for RFQs, RFPs, and other reports.
  • Coordinate and track business development and marketing activities.
  • Prepare and complete standard federal forms.
  • Assist in coordinating trade shows and special events.
  • Design schedules and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments to ensure timely completion.
  • Attend networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional marketing experience in the real estate, architectural, engineering, or construction industry.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and editing skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Quark, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
