We are currently seeking a Guest Service Associate

Role Summary
The Guest Service Associate is often the initial point of interaction for our patrons. Making a positive first impression is essential. This role requires a vibrant individual who possesses comprehensive knowledge of our menu and operational procedures. Individuals who excel in interpersonal interactions tend to flourish in this role. The position can be fast-paced during peak hours, necessitating employees to remain active and engaged. Prioritizing guest satisfaction is paramount. Fortunately, we have an outstanding support system in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt and efficient service to customers.
  • Welcome guests, take their food and beverage orders, and input orders into the register.
  • Prepare and serve both hot and cold beverages.
  • Assemble food and beverage orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and package orders for dine-in or takeout.
  • Process payments from guests and provide change as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tables, counters, and floors.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and issues.
Qualifications
Comprehensive training will be provided for this role.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry is preferred.
  • A positive demeanor is essential.
  • Consistently friendly and approachable.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directions effectively.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Understanding of basic food safety standards.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
