Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years in a General Manager role within the restaurant industry.

  • Possession of a valid Food Protection Certificate.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on developing future leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a commitment to hospitality.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and digital tools.
  • Experience with third-party delivery platforms.
  • Proficient in financial planning and budget management.
  • Ability to enhance guest recovery and profitability.
