Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Corporate Partnership Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential sales opportunities within various corporate sectors. This position is integral to the success of the Hall of Fame Village, a division of the Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW). The coordinator will collaborate with seasoned members of the Corporate Partnership Team to facilitate client meetings, thereby enhancing their understanding of the sales process and acquiring valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough research to identify new corporate partnership sales opportunities, targeting key decision-makers and developing comprehensive lead lists.
  2. Manage and schedule appointments for the sales team, including calendar oversight and logistical arrangements.
  3. Work closely with the operations team to ensure a welcoming environment for sales prospects, including digital signage and tour preparations.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, vendors, and team members, demonstrating proficiency in internal sales platforms.
  5. Assist in crafting sponsorship proposals tailored to prospective partners.
  6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Reliable team player with the ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
  • Capability to work in diverse weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to navigate uneven terrain and construction zones safely.
  • Capacity to sit, stand, squat, and walk for extended periods as necessary.
