Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Corporate Partnership Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in identifying potential sales categories, developing lead lists, and securing appointments for the sales team at Hall of Fame Village, a subsidiary of Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW). This position involves collaborating with an experienced member of the Corporate Partnership Team during client meetings to enhance understanding of the sales process and gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research to identify new Corporate Partnership sales categories, locate decision-makers, create lead lists, and pursue new leads to schedule appointments for the sales team.
  2. Manage appointments for the existing sales team, including calendar organization and room reservations.
  3. Work alongside the operations team to ensure a welcoming environment for sales prospects, including digital board greetings and tour preparations.
  4. Deliver exceptional guest service to visitors, clients, vendors, and staff, demonstrating proficiency in internal sales systems such as SponsorUnited and SponsorCX.
  5. Assist in the creation of sponsorship proposals for potential partners.
  6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Reliable team player with the ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Demonstrated judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
  • Capability to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to navigate uneven terrain and construction zones safely.
  • Capacity to respond to hazardous situations.
  • Ability to sit, stand, squat, and walk for extended periods as necessary.
  • Must possess hearing, vision, and speech capabilities.
  • Manual dexterity required to perform all job duties.
