Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oncology Sales Consultant to join our team at Bayer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving clinical demand, education, and sales of our innovative oncology products to medical oncologists and mid-level healthcare professionals within our designated territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the oncology market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Your Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including medical oncologists and mid-level healthcare professionals
  • Provide clinical education and support to healthcare professionals on our oncology products
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical research and developments in the oncology field
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the oncology market and clinical trials
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive a company car
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biological science or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or equivalent
  • Specialty experience in Oncology, Rare Disease/Specialty, or Diagnostics
  • Strong clinical expertise in various tumor types
  • Experience in launching new products and/or indications
