Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring accurate sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the indoor and outdoor facilities, restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct accurate and safe sales transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and maintaining a secure cash drawer.
  • Food Service: Prepare and serve food and hot beverage products, managing inventory and maintaining a clean and safe food preparation area.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking products as needed, and ensuring accurate pricing and labeling.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations, and at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
