Job Title: Automotive Lubrication Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Lubrication Specialist to join our team at North Central Ford. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' vehicles by performing lubrication services with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

* Perform all lubrication services to the highest standards of quality and safety
* Conduct thorough checks of customers' vehicles to identify any potential issues or needed repairs
* Lubricate entire vehicles while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
* Ensure all equipment is in proper working order, including lifts and other machinery

Requirements:

* Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance principles
* ASE Certification and/or automotive tech certificate preferred
* Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to follow directions, willingness to learn, and mentor teammates
* Respect for teammates and positive outlook
