The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field of study, and 6+ years of experience in preparing financial forecasts, monitoring actual costs, managing baseline controls, and researching variances.

Responsibilities:

* Manage project cost and schedule data
* Perform project cost and schedule analysis
* Work closely with program management to create and analyze monthly Estimate to Complete (ETC)/Estimate at Complete (EAC) for assigned project(s)
* Evaluate all aspects of project cost performance to identify necessary forecast modifications, assess risks and opportunities associated with the current EAC/LRE, and provide recommendations to program management regarding potential forecast adjustment strategies

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field of study
* 6+ years of experience in preparing financial forecasts, monitoring actual costs, managing baseline controls, and researching variances
* Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
* Proven capability in reviewing project labor actuals, material receipts, and performing time-phased labor and material forecasting
* Ability to interface effectively with the program management team and other functional organizations
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Strong Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ability to influence without authority
* Ability to adapt appropriately to priorities
* Experience with principles and applications of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and change control
* Knowledge of or experience with schedule development and management practices and principles

Compensation:

* Base salary range is $90,000-125,000, depending on qualifications
* SEAKR has very rich medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan
* In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus
* SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA
