Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at the Harmon Agency & Associates LLC. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized, professional customer service experiences by building trust and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products by following established agency processes and procedures.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by following J.D. Powers best practices: Personal Insurance Review, rate revision notification, and claims process.
  • Process changes to existing accounts and policies.
  • Serve as a liaison on behalf of the customer between the agency and various business partners.
  • Assist customers with claims by directing them to the appropriate Claims Department contacts and resources. Follow up to ensure customer needs are addressed.
  • Schedule appointments with existing or prospective customers for agency employees.

Requirements
  • A successful candidate must obtain property & casualty insurance licenses within agreed time of hiring offer (30 Days) & life license (90 days from original hire date).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
