Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Center Senior Representative. As a key member of our inbound service center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, advisors, and distributors through phone, email, and/or chat interactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Assist customers with initiating insurance claims and explain complex policy and account information.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Cross-train into additional product lines upon successful completion of primary training program.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service mindset and active listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, punctuality, and dependability.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain required confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.
Work Environment:

This is a virtual, hybrid work option with events requiring in-office presence. The contact center hybrid model is event-based, with events requiring in-office presence to include technical disruptions, important events, and other business needs.
