**About the Role**
The Reservation Agent is a key member of our team at Peppermill Reno, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. As a self-motivated and professional individual, you will be responsible for handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment while meeting established guidelines and adapting to changing circumstances.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process reservations and manage room assignments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Previous experience in a hotel or call center environment, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
