Job Description

As a key member of the NCW team, you will be instrumental in driving our expansion objectives within the Construction sector. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with our growing customer base, securing new client accounts, and establishing connections with top talent that can be pipelined for future placements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop your personal book of business within your designated market
  • Sell NCW services to prospective clients and manage existing accounts within your sector
  • Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for potential candidates (sourcing, screening, negotiating employment terms)
  • Tend to onsite management tasks as needed to support your personal book of business
  • Represent the NCW brand through initiatives like job fairs, networking events, and hiring events
Requirements:
  • Industry background or experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM software for managing talent pipelines
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated professional recruiting or selling experience in relevant industry vertical
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, NCW offers competitive benefits, including killer benefits, opportunities for growth and empowerment, as well as a fun and supportive work environment.
