Business Development Manager for Mobility Services

Sixt USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager for its Branches & Operations division in the United States.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction through premium service directly to customers.
- Manage budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, increasing revenue and profitability.
- Recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coach other managers in the recruitment process.
- Ensure efficient workflows by delegating tasks and overseeing operational tasks such as health and safety, corporate CI, and defleets.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental).
- Supervisory and communication skills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (as a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
