Job Description

As a Front Desk Supervisor at the AC Hotel Dayton, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest service. Your primary goal will be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process guest folios and handle payments in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Assist with staff training and development to ensure a high level of service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
