Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Shaner Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the Front Desk functions, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Front Desk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process payments and present guest folios.
- Assist staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Minimum one year experience in a similar position.
- Prior supervisory experience a plus.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
- High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
