Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the AC Hotel Dayton. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of front desk agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional guest service and leading a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
