Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Associate II to join our team at Richmond Behavioral Health Authority. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining office schedules, and coordinating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication.
- Process and distribute mail, packages, and other materials, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Operate a variety of standard office equipment, including photocopiers and postage machines, performing light maintenance as needed.
- Order and maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with coursework in business administration or a related field.
- One year of experience providing administrative support in a healthcare setting, including customer service experience.
- Valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
