Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Analyst to support the NASA SBIR program across multiple NASA centers. This role focuses on project management and coordination among multiple stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain schedules, including subtasks and milestones, and prepare visual materials for meetings.
  • Track deadlines and facilitate timely responses across geographically diverse teams.
  • Support proposal evaluation and selection by monitoring status, coordinating with reviewers to ensure timely completion, and documenting ranking criteria.
  • Review documents and slide decks for accuracy, clarity, and style.
  • Support the development of topics to be sponsored under competitive solicitations, including requesting and integrating inputs from multiple stakeholders, and general editorial assistance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, or STEM-related field.
  • 6 years of relevant experience, with experience supporting NASA being a plus.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Aptitude for learning and using databases using graphical interfaces.
  • Science or engineering background (preferred).
  • Familiarity with competitive government procurement/acquisition processes.
