Job Title: Management and Program Analyst

RavenTek Inc. LLC is seeking a highly skilled Management and Program Analyst to support the Policy Division in the USAID Bureau for Management's Office of Management Policy, Budget, and Performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with policy owners to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for policy updates.
  • Provide expert guidance on the Automated Directives System (ADS) and ensure alignment with other Agency policies and federal strategies.
  • Conduct policy impact and implementation assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for policy updates.
  • Develop clear and concise reports summarizing assessment methodologies, findings, and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in public policy, business administration, public management, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and database applications.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Work Environment:

The Management and Program Analyst will work in a typical indoor office environment with regular exposure to video monitors. The position requires the ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, see, talk, and hear.
