Job Overview

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a leading provider of strategic services for both commercial and governmental sectors, is in search of a dedicated Program Analyst. This role is crucial for supporting our mission in the Washington DC area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the strategic business requirements of the organization.
  • Assist business leaders, administrators, engineers, scientists, analysts, specialists, and technicians.
  • Conduct work measurement studies, efficiency assessments of programs/projects, cost analyses, and workload impact evaluations.
  • Gather information for program or project milestones, financial documentation, acquisition policies, quality control, maintenance, and training materials.
  • Develop training programs and plans.
  • Create workflow diagrams, prototypes, and user stories to ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders prior to the commencement of development.
  • Define comprehensive requirements, assess business needs, and confirm solutions with clients.
  • Draft and submit position papers and informational documents in response to governmental mandates.
  • Possess expertise in Agile Development methodologies.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis with strong communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with U.S. Navy programs or operations.
  • Proven ability to build solid relationships.
  • Quality Certification (ITIL or equivalent).
