Clinical Training Programs
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Training Specialist to lead our clinical training programs in Physician Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare education and training, with experience in developing and implementing training programs for healthcare professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement clinical training programs for Physician Services staff
* Collaborate with Directors of Operations to plan and coordinate training activities
* Provide training and support to new employees on policies, procedures, and VHCPG EMR
* Work closely with Directors of Operations to ensure training programs meet the needs of the organization
**Qualifications**
* Current Virginia license to practice professional nursing
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
* 2 years relevant experience preferred
* Excellent customer service, adaptability, public speaking, and communication skills
* Experience in areas of educational training and development preferred
* Current BLS certification required
