Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at the City of Brooklyn Center's Heritage Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through the sale of corporate and social events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell corporate and social events to attract new clients and increase revenue
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer experience, from initial contact to billing and post-event follow-up
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet gross and net revenue goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
