• Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
• Assist with Reservations and Seating: Ensure seamless reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring that guests are comfortable and satisfied.
• Provide Menu Information and Promotions: Offer detailed information about our menu, specials, and promotions, helping guests make informed decisions.
• Address Guest Inquiries and Concerns: Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with Management and Service Staff: Collaborate with management and service staff to ensure smooth guest service, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
