Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) to join our team at Aspire Health Partners. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, and supporting the well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide essential functions regarding patient care and unit safety, including admission and discharge, client supervision, and documentation.
  • Assist therapy and nursing staff in group activities and daily management of the unit.
  • Administer and analyze participant drug screenings, and provide supervised self-administration of medication when applicable.
  • Document client treatment details in the Electronic Health Record and provide ongoing communication to the program team.
  • Maintain regular observation of program participants and engage in all staff meetings as directed.
Qualifications
  • Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  • BLS Certification (Preferred).
  • Pass a Level II Background clearance.
  • Driver's License.
