Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Tech to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Tech, you will play a vital role in providing essential functions regarding the care of patients and safety of units. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Quality Patient Care: Assist in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment for our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with Admission and Discharge: Recognize and address client needs, ensuring a smooth transition into and out of our care.
  • Conduct Regular Client Rounds: Ensure all clients are well and in the appropriate areas, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Document Client Treatment Details: Accurately document client treatment details in the Electronic Health Record, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide ongoing communication to the program team regarding changes, issues, or needs of participants or the program in general.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education.
  • BLS Certification (Preferred): Hold Basic Life Support certification, showcasing a commitment to patient care and safety.
  • Level II Background Clearance: Pass a Level II background clearance, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license, enabling you to transport clients and staff as needed.
