Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) to join our team. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, and supporting the clinical team in delivering exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support to clients in various care settings.
  • Assist in admission and discharge processes, recognizing and addressing client needs.
  • Conduct regular client rounds to ensure clients are well and in the appropriate areas.
  • Maintain supervision of clients and document any changes or unusual behavior.
  • Support therapy and nursing staff in group activities and daily management of the unit.
  • Administer and document participant drug screenings.
  • Provide supervised self-administration of medication, when applicable, for participants.
  • Document client treatment details in the Electronic Health Record.
  • Communicate effectively with the program team regarding changes, issues, or needs of participants or the program.
  • Assist the program team as directed with the operation of the program.
Requirements
  • Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  • BLS Certification (Preferred).
  • Pass a Level II Background clearance.
  • Driver's License.
