Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent management solutions and processes to enhance business culture and support the bank's brand, values, and culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess talent needs and determine the best way to design, develop, and deliver processes.
  • Plan and execute TM-related projects and processes, including performance management, succession planning, development planning, promotion, employee engagement, and talent review.
  • Develop and maintain related statistics and metrics, and create content including job aids, process descriptions, and tool user guides.
  • Remain current about external trends and best practices in talent management and integrate this knowledge into deliverables.
  • Audit control responsibilities and serve as a back-up for other team members.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of specialized experience in talent management, with a strong background in designing, building, and implementing talent management processes and tools.
  • Strong project management and analytics skills, with experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Effective communication and consulting skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Business fluency in English, with a strong understanding of adult education principles.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using SuccessFactors and WebEx or equivalent systems.
