- Develop and maintain related statistics and metrics, and create content including job aids, process descriptions, and tool user guides.
- Remain current about external trends and best practices in talent management and integrate this knowledge into deliverables.
- Audit control responsibilities and serve as a back-up for other team members.
- 7-10 years of specialized experience in talent management, with a strong background in designing, building, and implementing talent management processes and tools.
- Strong project management and analytics skills, with experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
- Effective communication and consulting skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Business fluency in English, with a strong understanding of adult education principles.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using SuccessFactors and WebEx or equivalent systems.
