Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at NBCUniversal. As a key member of our Talent Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences that drive business results and support the growth and development of our employees.

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that include a variety of delivery modes, such as face-to-face, virtual, and online learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our employees and support business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Develop and deliver learning experiences that include a variety of delivery modes, such as face-to-face, virtual, and online learning
  • Manage and maintain learning platforms and tools, including our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Provide coaching and consulting services to employees and managers to support their learning and development needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences
  • Experience working with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Experience with learning platforms and tools, including LMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
  • Experience working in a corporate learning and development environment
  • Experience with diversity-related programs or initiatives
