Job Summary

As a Concessions Stand Lead with Levy, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional guest services in accordance with company standards. You will expedite guest transactions, ensure guest satisfaction at the service desk, and control all cash and media materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and acknowledge every guest, maintain solid product knowledge, and provide outstanding guest service.
  • Transaction Management: Authorize guest returns, exchanges, merchandise credits, check authorization, charge sends, rain checks, and discretion discounts.
  • Training and Development: Help train cashiers and crosstrain other associates.
  • Operations: Prepare daily deposits, change, and media; assist with safe combinations and keys.
  • Compliance and Loss Prevention: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; support loss-prevention efforts.
  • Team Management: Oversee the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of cashiers; communicate performance issues to management.
  • Supply Management: Maintain front-end supplies.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Provide guest service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance, and merchandise replenishment as needed; cover cashier shifts when call-offs occur.
