Job Title: Technical Support Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Coordinator to join our team at Aston Carter. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the reason for phone calls and dispatch them to the best available human resource.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and phone system (Genesys) to efficiently manage calls.
  • Apply networking terms, audio and video technologies, and soft skills to resolve technical issues.
  • Escalate problems and maintain organizational skills to ensure seamless support.

Requirements:

  • Contract position with a duration of 1 Month(s).
  • Fully on-site position in Beaverton, Oregon.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods in an In-Office Environment.
