Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.50-$19.25 per hour, plus tips eligibility. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, an employer-funded healthcare reimbursement account, commuter/bike-share benefits, employee assistance program, 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave, one week of paid time off, and a 401K with a 3.5% company match.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and hospitality, interacting with a diverse range of customers.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all our baked goods, sandwiches, and pizzas, offering informed suggestions to customers.
  • Show initiative, take ownership, and ask questions, demonstrating your eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Cultivate a positive influence on your coworkers, supporting each other and genuinely enjoying time spent together.
  • Remain calm under pressure and maintain a good sense of humor throughout.
