Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices and payments
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate records
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports
  • Assist with month-end close and ensure accurate financial data
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
