Job Overview

The Senior Business Development Specialist will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion for Engage8 Solutions. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed sales and margin targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts. They will also possess a strong understanding of the sales and marketing landscape, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Provide regular sales reports to senior management to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Strong understanding of the sales and marketing landscape, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
