Job Description

Staff Financial Group is seeking a detail-oriented Contract and Billing Specialist to manage the setup and invoicing of leasing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Review and set up new leasing contracts in our system to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Client Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients for leasing agreements, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Meter Read Management: Gather meter reads as necessary to ensure accurate billing and prevent any discrepancies.
  • Accounts Payable Support: Assist with accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and payments, to ensure seamless financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in contract or billing environments, with a strong understanding of lease and/or contract accounting.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Communication & Organization: Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
