Medical Front Desk Coordinator

As a Client Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate client charts and ensuring timely updates
- Prioritizing welcome and confirmation calls, providing exceptional customer service
- Managing clinic schedules to ensure efficient patient care
- Entering stock and custom orders, performing weekly inventory audits
- Maintaining detailed records of cash and bank deposits, performing end-of-day processes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and office administration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including scheduling software and MS Office
- Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time-management skills
