Responsibilities

As a Client Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate client charts and ensuring timely updates
  • Prioritizing welcome and confirmation calls, providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing clinic schedules to ensure efficient patient care
  • Entering stock and custom orders, performing weekly inventory audits
  • Maintaining detailed records of cash and bank deposits, performing end-of-day processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service and office administration
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, including scheduling software and MS Office
  • Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time-management skills
