Exciting Opportunity: Customer Support Specialist

Are you enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer support in a fast-paced setting?

Position: Customer Support Specialist

Location: On-site

Compensation: $16-17/hr

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via email
  • Direct calls to the relevant departments
  • Accurately document call details and input order information
  • Manage a high volume of calls and transactions daily
  • Provide assistance with products, manage orders, claims, and invoicing
  • Address internal requests and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support

Qualifications We Seek:

  • High-energy and proactive individuals
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) with familiarity in SAP and Salesforce being advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management
  • Capability to analyze data, offer recommendations, and ensure follow-up
