Are you enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer support in a fast-paced setting?
Position: Customer Support Specialist
Compensation: $16-17/hr
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via email
- Direct calls to the relevant departments
- Accurately document call details and input order information
- Manage a high volume of calls and transactions daily
- Assist with product inquiries, order processing, claims, and invoicing
- Address internal requests and escalate complex issues to higher tiers
Qualifications:
- Energetic and dynamic individuals
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and knowledge of SAP, Salesforce is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management
- Adept at analyzing information, making recommendations, and following up
