Role Overview:

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Your role will involve:

  • Managing substantial incoming calls and providing exceptional service.
  • Generating potential sales leads and identifying customer needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer accounts through transparent and interactive communication.
  • Delivering accurate and comprehensive information utilizing appropriate tools and methods.
  • Meeting individual and team sales targets while adhering to call handling standards.
  • Addressing customer complaints with timely and suitable solutions, ensuring follow-up for resolution.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and processing accounts efficiently.
  • Following established communication protocols and guidelines.
  • Going the extra mile to engage and assist customers.

Summary:

We are part of the Customer Service team for US Tech Solutions, catering to a diverse clientele across North America. Our customer base primarily consists of distributors utilizing our equipment.

Agents may handle up to 50 calls daily, logging each interaction and processing numerous transactions in our system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming calls and customer emails promptly.
  • Routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Documenting all interactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Inputting accurate order details into the company system.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Having familiarity with SAP and Call Center operations, as well as Sales Force, is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through capabilities.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, capable of prioritizing tasks while balancing customer demands.

Additional Information:

Training will last for six weeks, comprising classroom instruction and hands-on experience with our systems.
Schedule:

Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

  • Typing speed of 60+ WPM is required.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with MS Office is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Sales Force is a plus.
