Customer Success Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Business Partner to join our team at Anaplan Inc. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, user adoption, and ongoing health of our customers and their Anaplan solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and develop strategies to maximize their ROI and secure contract renewal.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary Anaplan point of contact and customer-trusted adviser during the customer life cycle, working closely with internal resources to execute the account strategy.
- Implementation: Collaborate with customers, partners, and professional services teams to ensure implementation success and service quality exceeds customer expectations.
- Technical Support: Mediate to resolve all technical/platform issues with existing implementations and advocate best practices with customers.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively monitor customer end-user adoption and sponsorship, build action plans to remedy if needed, and guide customers to secure strong adoption.
- Customer-First Mentality: Demonstrate a customer-first approach, with a strong ability to react with urgency and remain calm under pressure.
- Project Management: Possess strong project and program management experience, with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily and weekly tasks.
- Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate and translate technical information to all personas.
- Business Acumen: Show a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to connect the customer to other areas of Anaplan as needed.
- Technical Skills: Possess model building, forecasting, and other applicable experience, with the ability to leverage technology to handle their customer portfolio.
