Nuckolls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Counterperson Sales Representative. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using a CRM system.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
