- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the beverage industry, preferably in a sales development or account management role.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.

- Accountable for results, with a strong focus on driving sales growth and revenue.
- Selects best options from a set of defined procedures/solutions using common sense and experience of similar situations.
