TheIndustrial Store Customer Service Representative isresponsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way Answer telephone calls promptly Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use Sell welding and safety products and services to customer Process customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer Research products needed for customer special applications Follow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation Keep sales literature current and organized Track customer’s order in the computer and be able to interpret where order is in the delivery process Load products into customer vehicle Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary $20-$22/hr DOE Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent Individuals Interested in obtaining a CDL will be given preference.
